![]() ![]() Pic:These IMG files are opened with IMGTool so I run it in wine and browse for a dff that looks interesting enough to open:The file I extracted was miamiland37.dff:Installing the plug-in I linked above allowed me to import the file:Which then looked like this:Here we can see the DFF lacks textures but it does tell us the name of the texture files it is expecting so we will need to look around some similarly named TXD files and find the PNG images we want.The textures are in the TXD files somewhere and TXDworkshop is the program to open them. If you haven't got the game then you could download a map conversion mod like and get the map from those files (open the exe in an archive manager and look for the 3d models).Here is a rough process:I have downloaded the VC map for San Andreas (due to not having the game installed) and opened the exe in search of IMG files:I found them in /models/ in vcdff.
